The AXIS Media Control is required for Internet Explorer. If you do not see an image using Internet Explorer you will need to install a plug-in for AXIS camera. You will be prompted at first use of this page to install the Axis camera control plug-in.

You will need to have 'Administrator' rights on your computer to install the plug-in. Please contact your local Systems Administrator for assistance.

Vista: The AXIS Media Control must first be installed from AXIS Media Control Installer. Restart Internet Explorer after installing the AXIS Media Control and install the plug-in from the information bar.
