An international perspective touches every functional area of the UC Davis MBA Program —from finance to technology management—and gives you the ability to understand, examine and excel in this global business environment.
The UC Davis MBA Program has integrated international issues into the curriculum and created a program that provides opportunities to learn from and with international students. Approximately 15–-20% of students and 44% of faculty are originally from outside the U.S.; they enrich the learning experience of all students by sharing their perspectives inside and outside the classroom.
Each year you will have the opportunity to help lead an International Study Trip course under a faculty member's supervision. Over the quarter, participating students select a country to study, identify industry sectors to explore, and establish contacts to meet with executives in various companies during a two-week field trip. The result is an invaluable learning experience.
The Graduate School of Management has established student exchange programs with several renowned foreign universities. You may spend a quarter at one of these top universities, experiencing the culture and expanding your personal network.
Each year students successfully secure internship and career positions outside of the U.S. by taking advantage of Career Services networks, alumni and their personal contacts. These opportunities offer students the global experience that is increasingly valued by companies around the world.
